One&Only Reethi Rah's 130 villas are discreetly placed amidst beautiful landscaping, each occupying its own secluded piece of sandy shore or private deck over crystal clear waters of the lagoon. These are some of the largest resort villas in the world, with a minimum area of 135m2, high airy ceilings and generous exterior space, ranging from private verandas and stretches of beach to private swimming pools with large decks. The look and feel is sleek and elegantly tropical, using beautiful natural materials and contemporary styling.
All villas feature air-conditioning, wide-screen plasma TVs, DVD players, surround sound systems, fully stocked beverage cabinet, smoke alarms, sun beds, safes, double bathrooms and dressing areas, large soaking tubs with oversize bathroom area. Extensive in-villa dining is available and the resort keeps a library of books, CDs and DVDs for use by guests.
All guests enjoy the services of dedicated Villa host to graciously respond to their every need and unlimited use of the resort's pick-up and drop-off electric buggy service, which can be called at any time.
54 Beach Villas (135m2 /1453sq.ft): 79m2 interiors include views directly from the double bed onto the private stretch of beach. Decor is sleek with clean lines, a perfect foil for the tropical wood and thatch exteriors. A two-sided shaded veranda (26m2 ) overlooks the beach, with outside table, seating area and sun bed.
27 Beach Villas with Pool (165m2 /1776sq.ft): Chic decking edges the villa and there is an outdoor pool, shower and day bed. These Beach Villas have an outdoor covered area of 26m2, plus 60m2 uncovered, with a rectangular private pool measuring 21m2, shaded by tropical trees and stretching towards the ocean.

30 Water Villas (149m2 /1603sq.ft): Sitting over the pale blue waters of the lagoon, Water Villas are connected to the island by walkways. These villas are the same size as the Beach Villas, but with outdoor covered terraces on stilts (39m2) and split level decks of 31m2. Netting suspended from the sides makes for perfect breezy sunbathing over water
2 Grand Beach Villas with 1 bedroom and Pool (260m2 /2798sq.ft):
3 Grand Beach Villas with 2 bedrooms and Pool (322m2 /3465sq.ft): Occupying their own sections of coast, Grand Beach Villas are hidden in tropical foliage with private access to the ocean. 157m2 interiors include two large bedrooms and a sitting area, looking directly over the water, and a bathroom with a large tub for two. Shady verandas provide a generous seating and dining area, beyond which is a private beach, 25m2 pool and canopied day bed.
2 Grand Water Villas with Pool (241m2 /2594sq.ft): Set on stilts above the lagoon, the Grand Water Villas are surrounded by 33m2 of decking for covered outdoor dining and seating, with another 51m2 uncovered, including suspended sunbathing nets over water, platforms for sun beds and 20m2 private pool.

Food is innovative and of the finest ingredients, prepared in an inspiring variety of ways, and staff are always receptive to the personal requirements of each and every guest. |

SPA & FITNESS Set apart from the rest of the resort and insulated from all noise and bustle, the spa aims above all for an atmosphere of calm and tranquility. Built around a thatched reception area with views over the ocean, the buildings alone cover 1311m2. The signature indoor/outdoor heat experiences are unique to One&Only: Crystal Steam Rooms, Stone Saunas, Lifestyle Showers, hot pools with shoulder massage, air beds and Ice Fountains. Eight single treatment suites are separately placed in pavilions, while two double treatment suites occupy platforms over the ocean and offer private steam showers and soaking tubs. Spa dining can be privately catered. ESPA brings to One&Only healing traditions from many areas of the world – from Thai massage to European aromatherapy – with the emphasis on the Ayurvedic methods of the Sub-Continent. ESPA treatments are custom-designed for each guest's specific needs. All treatments begin with a gentle foot bath including marma point (pressure point) massage. Following treatments, men and women can relax in separate areas, with scented gardens and shade areas, perfect for reading or sleeping. Additional facilities include a hair, makeup and nails salon, and a fitness centre with cardio and resistance equipment. The spa has a Chi Pavilion set over the ocean for yoga and pilates. Tai Chi is also on offer.
RECREATION: One&Only offers a host of activities on and offshore, including tennis, beach football and volleyball, table tennis and indoor games. Pros are available for lessons and as playing partners on request. Guests can choose from numerous excursions: deep-sea fishing, sunset dhoni fishing, dolphin watching, deluxe "desert island" picnics and cultural visits to local islands. Woven hammocks are placed around the island, for guests to relax in and read the days away. The boutique offers a wide variety of items and extends onward to the library for those seeking quiet enrichment. Live music is an integral part of the evening's entertainment. Children and Teens are fully catered to with special age appropriate clubs: KidsOnly & ClubOne.
WATER SPORTS CENTRE: The Watersports Centre is run by trained and certified staff. Its fleet of leisure craft includes catamarans, windsurfers and pedalos. Sailing, windsurfing and diving lessons are available in small groups or one-to-one. It is possible to gain a PADI Open Water Dive qualification during a one-week stay. Dive trips are led by a trained dive master to well-known fish spots and coral reefs near the island. All craft are available for individual rental.
TEENS CLUB: One&Only Resorts are committed to younger guests just as much as their parents. Teens club has its own club house with a minimum of 4 fully-certified supervisors, its own pool, indoor entertainment facilities and dining area. Kids from 4-11 years can choose from beach volleyball, table tennis, two tennis courts and numerous excursions. Two to four year olds are welcome but must attend with a babysitter. Baby-sitters can be provided 24 hours a day by the resort at a fee. Teens club offers 12-17 year olds the opportunity to connect with new friends from around the world in a fun environment. They can enjoy a wide range of sports and excursions too.
